TTL/High Voltage PC Interface Without Needing Signal Conditioners https:
Industrial News Buzz - Saelig Company, Inc. announces PCIe-format digital I/O data acquisition PCIe-200 series. These new high performance digital I/O data acquisition cards implement the high-bandwidth advantage of the PCI Express x1 interface for large scale data transfer, low latency, and low power consumption. A unique feature is that the I/O lines are TTL and high voltage (up to 50V) compatible, without the need for external signal conditioning.
Designed to meet stringent performance requirements, the PCIe-200 cards feature guaranteed measurement accuracy and are ideal for a wide range of applications such as scientific research, laboratory/building automation, design validation, manufacturing test & measurement and embedded OEM applications.
This new FPGA-based series comprises three different cards: PCIe-215, PCIe-236, and PCIe-296 which feature 48, 24 and 96 bits of programmable parallel digital I/O at up to 6MHz, with up to six crystal-controlled 16-bit counter timers. Users can cost effectively migrate to this PCIe form factor seamlessly as these new DIO series are backward compatible with existing Amplicon PCI-200 series DIO Boards. PCIe-200 boards are powered by the 3.3V supply from the host PC and this supply rail is also available for external use via the I/O connector.
The PCIe-200 series can be used in 32 & 64 bit Windows operating environments. Drivers are available for all popular high-level programming languages including, C#, VB/VB.NET, Delphi, Agilent VEE and Labview.
Made by Amplicon, Europe’s leading industrial computing and data acquisition provider, the PCIe-200series is less costly than other available solutions and is available now from Saelig Co. Inc. Pittsford NY. For detailed specifications, free technical assistance, or additional information, please contact Saelig (toll-free in the US) 1-888-7SAELIG.
